You are holding a credit card that has been flagged for suspicious activity. We are not calling you a fraudster of course, but for any number of reasons there is cause for concern on our end. This might be due to an incorrect name associated with the account, multiple attempts to add and verify an already denied card, or suspicious activity on the card overall.  In these cases it's best to contact us at support@benefit-mobile.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
