What happens if I have to return an item purchased using Benefit?

No problem! In most all cases, the store will refund their purchase by giving you store credit on a physical gift card. Unfortunately it will be completely separate from the Benefit app and you will not be able to track the balance or carry the card within the app. 

It is important to note that any rebates earned using the Benefit app, are still valid even in the event of a returned item.
