What happens when my check bounces?

Hey it happens to everyone, so we understand. When a check is returned to us as bounced we immediately send out an email notifying you of the issue. Access to the mobile app is immediately revoked to protect you from further overdrafts.

A $20 bounce fee is assessed to the account. We contact you to resolve. We attempt to pull the original amount, plus the $20 fee within 7 days. If that fails a second time, we send a request to your email address through PayPal. This fee can be paid off with a credit card/debit card. If after one week, the fees are not paid, the total due is turned over to collections and the account is permanently suspended.
